Ingredients
- 1 Melon
- 200 g Prosciutto
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 10 Basil leafs
Instructions
- Cut the melon in half
- Scrape out the seeds and cut the skin off
- Cut each half into about 8 slices
- Wrap the melon slices with prosciutto and place them on a plate
- Add basil, salt pepper and drizzle with olive oil
