Melon and Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 1 Melon
  • 200 g Prosciutto
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 10 Basil leafs

Instructions

  • Cut the melon in half
  • Scrape out the seeds and cut the skin off
  • Cut each half into about 8 slices
  • Wrap the melon slices with prosciutto and place them on a plate
  • Add basil, salt pepper and drizzle with olive oil
