Tomato Bruchetta

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 handfulls Basil
  • 8 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Toast your sourdough in a toaster or in the oven until crispy.
  • Remove seeds from the tomatoes and cut the meat into small pieces.
  • Tear the basil into pieces and mix with tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Peal the garlic and scrape it onto the toasted bread.
  • Top the bread slices with the tomatoes right before serving to avoid soggy bread.
