Ingredients
- 4 slices Sourdough Bread
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 handfulls Basil
- 8 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Toast your sourdough in a toaster or in the oven until crispy.
- Remove seeds from the tomatoes and cut the meat into small pieces.
- Tear the basil into pieces and mix with tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Peal the garlic and scrape it onto the toasted bread.
- Top the bread slices with the tomatoes right before serving to avoid soggy bread.
