Instructions
Toast your sourdough in a toaster or in the oven until crispy.
Remove seeds from the tomatoes and cut the meat into small pieces.
Tear the basil into pieces and mix with tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Peal the garlic and scrape it onto the toasted bread.
Top the bread slices with the tomatoes right before serving to avoid soggy bread.
